1. Definitions

2. Eligibility

To register an Account and use sg0777 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use sg0777.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Indonesia.

3. Account Registration

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the sg0777 website or mobile application, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, current, and accurate information during registration and update your Account information promptly if any details change.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notify sg0777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting customer support via live chat or email.
• Maintain only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any associated bonuses, winnings, or balances may be forfeited.

sg0777 reserves the right to refuse registration or close an Account at any time if we determine that you have provided false information, violated these Terms, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds into their sg0777 Account using the payment methods listed on the Platform, including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sg0777 does not charge deposit processing fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

Deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (funds transferred from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account. You may not use credit cards, loans, or borrowed funds to deposit on sg0777. All deposits must come from legally obtained sources.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require submission of a valid government-issued ID (KTP or passport) and proof of bank account ownership. Subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically once KYC is approved.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–6 hours during business days (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 WIB) for BCA and BRI accounts. Other banks may take up to 24 hours. Weekend and public holiday requests are processed on the next business day. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000; maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 50.000.000. sg0777 does not charge withdrawal fees, but interbank transfer fees may apply depending on your bank.

Withdrawals are credited to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits unless you request a change in writing and provide supporting documentation. Bonus funds and associated winnings must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 5).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

sg0777 may offer Bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms, including eligibility criteria, expiration dates, maximum bonus amounts, and wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the Bonus amount before associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 Bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 1.000.000 in total bets before withdrawal.

Bonus terms are displayed on the promotions page and in your Account dashboard. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to its specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time frame results in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings. Bonuses may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. sg0777 reserves the right to cancel any Bonus if we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of Bonus terms, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting patterns, or opposite betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on sg0777 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before submission. sg0777 does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been placed, except in cases of obvious technical error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to a system malfunction).

All casino games, slots, and togel draws use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by sg0777's trading team based on market analysis and may be adjusted in real time. sg0777 reserves the right to void bets if we detect irregular betting patterns, syndicate play, match-fixing suspicions, or other integrity concerns. In such cases, stakes are returned but winnings are not paid.

Players must not engage in any form of collusion, bot use, automated betting, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities. Accounts found to violate game integrity rules will be closed and balances forfeited.

Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited Bonuses) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or reversed transactions. sg0777 is not liable for any loss of profits, opportunity costs, or consequential damages resulting from Account closure.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, sg0777 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, deposits, or Account balances arising from technical failures, server downtime, Internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• Errors in game results, odds display, or payout calculations caused by software malfunctions. In such cases, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party banks, e-wallets, or payment gateways.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

sg0777's total liability to any Player shall not exceed the value of that Player's Account balance at the time the claim arises.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the sg0777 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, graphics, text, and game interfaces, is the exclusive property of sg0777 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of sg0777 shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI), with proceedings conducted in Jakarta in the English or Indonesian language.

12. Amendments

sg0777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or in-app notification at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
